Vacancy Details

The recruitment includes a total of 48 Staff Assistant posts, distributed as follows:

  • 37 vacancies for Open Market candidates
  • 11 vacancies reserved for employees working in affiliated PACS (Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies)

Among the Open Market vacancies:

  • 2 posts are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) under the Visual Impairment and Hearing Impairment categories.
  • 1 vacancy is reserved for an Ex-Serviceman.

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying under the Open Market category must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Have a working knowledge of English.
  • Be proficient in the Telugu language.
  • Possess basic computer knowledge.

Candidates applying under the PACS quota must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 10 years of service in a PACS affiliated with Nellore DCCB.

Local Eligibility

Only candidates who belong to the erstwhile Nellore district are eligible to apply under the Open Market category.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹24,050 – ₹64,480.

Including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible benefits, the starting gross monthly salary is approximately ₹47,000.

Employees will also be eligible for additional allowances and benefits as per bank rules.

Candidates selected for the post must execute a Service Bond worth ₹2,00,000, agreeing to serve the bank for a minimum period of two years.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of only an Online Examination.

There will be no interview.
